Courtesy Custom AI is a Social Media Marketing Agency (SMMA) specializing in lead generation for real estate professionals, including real estate agents and investors. We offer an in-depth sales training process making this an ideal opportunity for both new and experienced sales professionals. Key Responsibilities

Generate Leads – Proactively reach out to real estate agents by making cold calls and sending emails to interested prospects. We provide all leads and the automated dialers for making calls.
Manage CRM & Sales Pipeline – Use Go High Level, Gmail, and online lead scrapers to maintain job tasks
Attend Meetings & Training – Participate in your initial training sessions, daily tea ---------- etings, ongoing training sessions, and strategy sessions to improve sales techniques.
Administer Administrative and Ancillary Tasks – Complete various operational and administrative tasks as needed.
Leadership Opportunities – High-performing Cold Callers can advance into training and recruiting roles to further increase their earnings.
Follow Training Instructions & Scripts – Adherence to provided cold call materials and scripts is a must.

Requirements

Cold Call Experience: Prior cold call experience preferred.
Strong Communication Skills: Comfortable following a script and thinking on your feet.
CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with Go High Level or similar CRM tools is a plus, but not required.
Tech & Internet Requirements: A strong internet connection, clear audio capability, a headset with a microphone, a quiet workspace with no background noise, and a functional camera are required for virtual calls. It is required that the camera be on for all calls daily.
Self-Motivated & Results-Driven: Ability to work independently in a commission-based structure and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
Team-Oriented Mindset: Willingness to collaborate, share insights, and contribute to a growth-driven, supportive team environment.
Ethics & Integrity: Adherence to the highest ethical standards in everything you do, ensuring honest and transparent communication with prospects, tea ---------- mbers, and customers.
