About the Role

As a Cold Caller / Appointment Setter at Engage, you’ll call small business owners, generate interest, qualify prospects, and live-transfer qualified opportunities to our Account Executives.

This is an outbound role using a power dialer, with scripts, training, and a clear process.

What You’ll Do:
- Make outbound calls daily using a power dialer (typical range: 200–350+ dials/day depending on list quality and connect rates)
- Qualify prospects and live-transfer strong opportunities to the AE team
- Hit daily targets for qualified conversations / live transfers
- Keep accurate notes and outcomes in the CRM
- Work closely with the sales team to improve quality and conversion

Success Looks Like:
- 2+ qualified live transfers/day (top performers do more)
- Consistent pipeline contribution that leads to closed deals
- Strong communication, clean CRM notes, and reliable daily performance

Requirements:
- Fluent English and strong phone communication skills
- 2+ years cold calling / outbound appointment setting experience (B2B preferred)
- Confident speaking with business owners and handling objections
- Competitive, consistent, and coachable
- Reliable internet, quiet workspace, and professional phone presence

Compensation:
- $6/hour USD base pay
- Commission + performance bonuses
- Typical commission range: $200–$750/month (good ? great performance)
- High performers can earn more based on results
