JOB OVERVIEW

We are a fast-growing short-term rental management company, looking for a highly motivated and confident Cold Caller to join our team.

Your main responsibility will be making outbound calls to property owners and introducing our management services. This is a high-volume calling role, and you will be expected to be on the phone for most of your shift.

We are looking for someone who is:

Confident, clear, and persuasive on the phone
Comfortable handling objections and keeping conversations going
Experienced in cold calling or sales
Driven, consistent, and not afraid of rejection

What You'll Do:
Make outbound cold calls to property owners daily
Introduce our services and generate interest
Qualify leads and pass them to our sales team
Keep notes and update lead status
Follow scripts while also being able to think on your feet

Requirements:
Proven experience in cold calling or sales (REQUIRED)
Excellent English speaking and communication skills
Strong confidence and phone presence
Reliable internet and quiet work environment
Ability to make 100+ calls per day

Preferred (Not Required):
Experience in real estate or vacation rentals (Airbnb, etc.)
Familiarity with CRM systems
