JOB OVERVIEW

Cold Caller & Appointment Setter – Local Detailing Company (Growth Opportunity)

We’re looking for driven cold callers to contact local businesses and car dealerships to book appointments for our mobile detailing company. This role isn’t just about making calls — you’ll also follow up, move prospects through the pipeline, and have a real path to grow into a higher-paying inbound closer position.

What You’ll Do:
• Call local businesses and dealerships to introduce our detailing services
• Book appointments directly into our calendar
• Follow up with warm leads to close deals and keep the pipeline active
• Track call outcomes and update lead statuses
• Offer other services and upgrades as opportunities come up
• Work closely with our sales team to improve scripts, offers, and closing strategies

What We’re Looking For:
• Strong, confident phone skills
• Comfortable cold calling, following up, and handling objections
• Organized and able to manage your own pipeline
• Hungry to grow, with the ambition to move into inbound sales and closing
• Sales or cold calling experience is a plus, but not required if you’re sharp and willing to learn
