JOB OVERVIEW

We are a US-based land wholesaling company looking for a professional, motivated cold caller to join our team. You will be responsible for calling property owners from our targeted lists, qualifying leads, and setting appointments for our acquisition team.

Responsibilities:
Make 100+ outbound calls per day to landowners via Smarter Contact
Follow our proven scripts to engage sellers
Qualify leads based on motivation and property details
Update our CRM (LandAtlas) with call notes and lead status
Generate 3-5 qualified leads per day

Requirements:
Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
Professional phone manner and positive attitude
Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace
Experience with cold calling
Willing to work US business hours (flexible time zones)

Pay: $4/hour
Hours: Full-time (40 hours/week)
Availability: ASAP
