ABOUT US

Elevate is a US-based lead generation agency for roofing companies and other home-service businesses. We book qualified sales appointments for our clients. We're moving our outreach from SMS to a cold-calling system, and we need a confident caller to be the voice of that system.

We are looking for 4–5 reliable and motivated Cold Callers / Virtual Assistants to join our team for a roofing installation company. This is a remote, part-time position requiring 4 hours of work per day. Your main responsibility will be making outbound calls to homeowners, introducing our roofing services, asking basic qualifying questions, identifying potential opportunities, and setting appointments when appropriate.

No previous cold calling experience is required. We are willing to train the right candidates. What matters most is your communication skills, attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to homeowners using the provided calling system
Introduce the company's roofing services professionally
Follow the provided call script and guidelines
Ask qualifying questions and identify potential leads
Schedule appointments or inspections when applicable
Accurately update call results and lead information
Follow up with leads when instructed
Maintain professionalism during every call
Meet daily and weekly performance expectations
Attend training and team meetings as required

Qualifications

Good spoken and written English
Comfortable speaking with homeowners over the phone
Friendly, confident, and professional communication style
Willing to learn and accept coaching
Reliable and consistent with attendance
Able to follow instructions and company procedures
Self-motivated and goal-oriented
Previous cold calling or sales experience is a plus but not required

Equipment & Requirements

Applicants must have:

Computer or laptop
Reliable high-speed internet connection
Working headset with a clear microphone
Quiet and professional workspace
Backup internet connection is preferred
Basic computer skills
Ability to work consistently during the assigned 4-hour shift

Work Schedule

4 hours per day
Part-time
Remote / Work From Home
Exact working hours will be discussed with shortlisted candidates

Training

Training will be provided to selected applicants. You will receive guidance on the calling process, script, roofing services, lead qualification, and how to properly document your calls.
