What you will be doing:
Calling business owners in Florida — plumbers, HVAC companies, and garage door operators — and getting them on a demo call with our founder. That is your one job. Dial, pitch, book. Every single day.
We use a power dialer. You will hit 200 plus dials per day. The script is tight, the leads are pre-qualified, everything is set up. You bring the confidence and the hunger.
You are the right person if:
You have at least 1 year of outbound cold calling to US businesses
You have consistently hit 150 plus dials per day in a previous role
You are comfortable getting hung up on 50 times and picking the phone straight back up
You do not need to be managed to perform
You treat objections as opportunities not reasons to give up
You send a message every morning saying ready and every evening saying done
You are the wrong person if:
You have only done inbound or customer support
You need a script in front of you to think
You go quiet mid shift without warning
You have never been measured on dials or bookings per day
You need motivation to pick up the phone
Shift hours:
You will be working Florida business hours. Exact shift details shared upon hiring. You confirm ready every morning before your first dial and done every evening after your last one. No exceptions.

To apply you must do three things:
1. Answer these two questions in 3 sentences max each:
What is your highest dial day ever and what was the result?
Give me your exact word for word opener on a cold call to a business owner you have never spoken to before.
2. Record a 90 second cold call sample. You are calling a plumber in Florida named Mike. He owns a 3 truck operation and you need to get him on a 10 minute call with the founder of a SaaS company. Mike is skeptical, busy, and has heard pitches before. Do not ask for permission to speak. Do not introduce yourself before asking a question. Do not mention price. Just get him to say yes to a meeting.
3. Send both with your application.
No voice sample, no response. No answers to both questions, no response. Generic applications are deleted without reading.
