JOB OVERVIEW

We are a US marketing agency called eFreedom. We SELL marketing packages to business owners. Our packages include websites, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO, and social media management. Our clients are contractors — HVAC companies, roofers, plumbers, electricians — and real estate professionals.
YOUR JOB: Call business owners and sell them on our marketing services. You are not buying anything. You are not calling homeowners. You are SELLING marketing to businesses.
TO PROVE YOU READ THIS: Start your application with the word "SETTER" and then tell me ONE time you successfully sold a service to a business owner. What was the service, how much was it, and how did you close them. If your application does not start with SETTER it goes straight to trash.
What you do every day:

Call 150+ business owners per day
Sell them on why they need marketing (more leads, more customers, more revenue)
Handle objections like "I'm not interested" and "I already have a marketing guy"
Book qualified appointments on our CEO's calendar for a Zoom call
Follow up with leads who showed interest but didn't book
Track all calls and outcomes in GoHighLevel CRM

What you MUST have to apply:

Experience SELLING a service to a business owner. Not buying. SELLING. Examples: you sold marketing, insurance, solar, coaching, SaaS, software, advertising, or any service where you called a business and got them to say yes
Strong spoken English that sounds natural on the phone
Confidence. You are calling business owners who are busy and don't want to talk to you. You need to make them listen
Thick skin. 9 out of 10 people will say no or hang up. That does not bother you
Available 8 hours/day with 5+ hours overlapping US Pacific time
GoHighLevel experience is a big plus

Describe a specific cold call where you got rejected hard and what you said to turn it around. Include the name of the company or industry you were calling. We verify these stories. If your story sounds generic or made up we will know.
DO NOT APPLY IF:

Your only phone experience is calling homeowners to BUY their property (that is not sales, that is acquisitions, completely different)
You have never sold a service to a business owner
You don't know what SEO, Google Ads, or Facebook Ads are
You cannot explain what a marketing agency does in one sentence

This is a ground floor role at a fast-growing agency. Prove yourself and you lead a team of callers within 6 months. We promote fast.
Pay: $700-$800/month depending on experience. Performance bonuses on every appointment that closes.
