We are hiring a high-level Real Estate Acquisition VA / Cold Caller to help generate and qualify seller leads for a fast-growing real estate company.
This role is not for beginners.
We are looking for someone who already understands real estate lead generation, can speak confidently with U.S. homeowners, handle objections naturally, stay organized inside the CRM, and pass qualified leads to the acquisition manager for closing.
What You Will Be Doing
Make 300–500+ outbound calls per day
Send SMS follow-ups to leads
Qualify seller leads based on motivation, timeline, price expectations, property condition, and overall situation
Speak with homeowners professionally and naturally
Build rapport without sounding aggressive or robotic
Handle objections calmly
Tag and update leads correctly inside CRM
Write clean notes after conversations
Set appointments when appropriate
Pass hot and qualified leads to the acquisition manager
Send an end-of-day report with key numbers and lead updates

Excellent spoken and written English
Real estate cold calling experience
Strong listening and communication skills
Ability to ask discovery questions, not just read a script
Strong objection-handling ability
Organized and detail-oriented
Comfortable with high call volume
Consistent with follow-up and CRM updates
Able to follow instructions exactly
Coachable and professional
Tools Experience

Work Setup Requirements
Reliable computer or laptop
Stable high-speed internet
Clear headset and microphone
Quiet work environment
Ability to run dialer, CRM, and spreadsheets at the same time
Backup internet or backup power is a plus
Compensation
$4.50–$6.00/hour depending on experience
Performance bonuses for qualified appointments
