We're a small US-based digital marketing agency serving ecommerce brands. We manage paid advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads) and help clients grow profitably. We're building out our outbound sales team and hiring multiple cold callers.

THE ROLE

You will cold call US-based ecommerce business owners and marketing directors to book 20-minute discovery meetings. That's the job — book meetings. You're not closing deals, writing proposals, or managing accounts.

This is high-volume outbound dialing using a power dialer. If you're energized by conversations and comfortable hearing "no" 50 times a day, keep reading.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Cold call ---------- US prospects per day using a power dialer (we provide it)
- Follow a provided script — you'll be trained, not left to figure it out
- Book discovery meetings via Calendly
- Log activity in a shared tracking sheet
- Leave pre-recorded voicemails and send templated follow-up texts
- Join brief daily check-ins via video

SCHEDULE

- 30 hours/week (Mon-Fri, 6 hours/day)
- Must overlap with US business hours (Pacific or Eastern time)
- Consistent daily schedule required

COMPENSATION

- $6/hour base (30 hrs/wk = ~$780/month)
- $75 bonus per booked meeting that is attended by the prospect
- $250 bonus when a booked meeting converts to a signed client
- 13th month pay
- 2-week paid trial at full base rate

Realistic monthly earnings once ramped: $780-$1,100+

WHAT WE PROVIDE

REQUIREMENTS

- Clear spoken English (you will be voice tested — accent is fine, clarity is what matters)
- Previous cold calling experience preferred (B2B preferred, not required)
- Reliable internet + quiet workspace
- Backup internet (mobile hotspot)
- Laptop or desktop with USB headset
