Cold Caller / Outbound Sales Representative
We are seeking energetic and goal-driven Cold Callers who thrive in outbound sales environments. In this role, you will proactively reach out to prospects, spark interest, qualify leads, handle objections, and book appointments or close opportunities.
This is a high-impact role for individuals who enjoy persuasive conversations, understand sales psychology, and are motivated by targets, conversions, and results.
Key Responsibilities
Make high-volume outbound calls to prospective customers using provided lists and CRM tools
Initiate conversations, introduce products or services, and clearly communicate value propositions
Qualify prospects based on needs, budget, and interest level
Confidently handle objections and guide prospects toward a decision
Book appointments or schedule follow-up calls for the sales team
Upsell or cross-sell relevant products/services when appropriate
Maintain accurate records of calls, outcomes, and next steps in the CRM
Follow call scripts while contributing ideas to improve messaging and conversion rates
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and booking targets
Provide feedback on objections, trends, and lead quality
Requirements
at least 6 months of proven experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or outbound sales
Strong verbal English communication and persuasion skills
Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls for extended periods
Experience handling objections and closing or booking appointments
Goal-oriented and motivated by performance metrics
Strong data entry skills and attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
Experience using CRM or dialer systems is a plus
Multilingual skills are an advantage but not required
