Alltrus provides janitorial and post-construction cleaning services to commercial clients in Seattle, WA and Las Vegas, NV. We are seeking an energetic Cold Calling & Lead Gen VA who can connect with decision-makers, set appointments, and keep our pipeline full. This position will focus oon setting up janitorial commercial cleaning contracts.
Key Responsibilities:
Use Seamless.ai to build targeted call lists (property managers, GCs, developers).
Make 80–100 outbound calls per day to Seattle and Las Vegas prospects.
Qualify leads using our provided scripts and questions.
Set walkthroughs and meetings directly into our calendar.
Send follow-up
Log all calls, notes, and statuses in our shared tracker.
Requirements:
2+ years of outbound B2B cold calling or appointment setting (U.S. clients preferred).
Confident phone presence with clear, neutral accent.
Strong objection-handling skills.
Excellent organizational and note-taking skills.
Reliable internet and noise-cancelling headset.
Self-motivated and consistent.
