JOB OVERVIEW

We are a fast-growing U.S.-based distribution company working with businesses across the Northeastern United States.

We are looking for a high-energy, reliable Virtual Assistant to help us find and contact businesses. Your role will be to build lead lists and make outbound calls to connect with owners or decision-makers.

This role starts as a gig and can easily expand into short- or long-term work based on performance.

Responsibilities:
Find businesses in target cities using Google Maps, Yelp, and other platforms
Collect and organize:
Business name
Phone number

Email (if available)
Input all data into a Google Sheet
Call businesses and ask to speak with the owner or manager
Follow a simple script (provided)
Log call results and notes in the sheet
Schedule callbacks when needed

Requirements (IMPORTANT):
Fluent English (clear speaking voice is REQUIRED)
Comfortable making outbound calls to U.S. businesses
Confident, not shy on the phone
Reliable internet connection
Able to work during U.S. business hours (EST)
Organized and detail-oriented
Previous cold calling experience is a PLUS (not required if you are confident)

Work Schedule:
Must overlap with U.S. EST daytime hours

Compensation:
$4–$6/hour
Huge commission bonuses available based on results
