JOB OVERVIEW

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Cold Caller to join our team. This role is responsible for making 250–300 outbound calls per day, identifying qualified prospects, and transferring interested customers to our sales team to be scheduled for appointments.

* Make 250–300 outbound cold calls daily.
* Follow approved call scripts and objection-handling guidelines.
* Qualify prospects and identify interested homeowners.
* Transfer qualified prospects to the sales team for appointment setting.
* Accurately document call outcomes in the CRM.
* Meet daily, weekly, and monthly transfer and quality targets.
* Maintain a professional and positive attitude on every call.

Requirements

* Previous cold calling or outbound sales experience preferred.
* Strong verbal communication and listening skills.
* Comfortable handling objections and speaking with high call volumes.
* Basic computer skills and CRM experience.
* Reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment.
* Goal-oriented with a strong work ethic.

Performance Metrics

* 250–300 outbound calls per day.
* Daily qualified transfer target.
* Transfer quality and appointment conversion rate.
* CRM accuracy and productivity.
* Attendance and schedule adherence.
* Scheduled to work for 6 days a week between Monday through Sunday (Shift hours are subject to business requirements).
