JOB OVERVIEW

Allen Brock Security Services is seeking a confident and professional Cold Caller / Appointment Setter to contact businesses and property managers throughout Southern California.

Your job is NOT hard selling.

Your primary responsibility is:

introducing our company
building rapport
identifying security needs
scheduling appointments for our management team

We provide professional armed and unarmed security services for:

Apartment communities
Commercial properties
Retail centers
Construction sites
Schools
High-risk locations
Events
Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls daily
Speak with:
Property managers
Facility managers
Business owners
Security directors
Introduce Allen Brock Security Services
Offer complimentary security risk assessments
Schedule appointments
Update CRM notes
Follow up with leads
Requirements:
Excellent spoken English
Neutral or professional phone voice
Confident communicator
Prior cold calling or appointment setting experience preferred
Reliable internet and headset
Ability to handle objections professionally
Strong work ethic
Daily Goals:
100+ outbound calls per day
5–10 meaningful conversations
1–3 appointments scheduled daily
Compensation & Bonuses:
Hourly pay
Bonus per qualified appointment
Bonus for contracts closed from your appointments
