Position Details

Role Type: Part-Time (Fully Remote)

Schedule: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM EST

Compensation: $500/month + performance-based commission

Role Overview

As an Outbound Cold Caller, you will be responsible for building a strong pipeline of qualified leads for real estate brokerages across North America. You will conduct high-volume outbound calls, engage real estate professionals using a structured script, and coordinate appointments to ensure successful follow-through.

This role requires making approximately 150–200 calls per day and consistently achieving weekly performance targets.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct outbound calls using our auto-dialer system

Follow a pre-written script to engage potential realtors

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads

Set and confirm appointments between brokers and agents

Meet weekly targets of 10–15 booked appointments

Track performance and maintain required KPIs

Qualifications

Fluent in English with strong verbal communication skills

Proven experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or sales

Confident handling objections and rejection

Highly organized with strong time management skills

Self-motivated and results-driven
