We are looking for an experienced Cold Caller & Appointment Setter VA to drive outbound outreach for a US-based speaking engagement and consulting business. In this role, you will work provided lead lists to connect with schools, universities, and organizations, booking appointments that create real business opportunities. This is a long-term, part-time role with strong potential to grow.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound cold calls to provided lead lists targeting schools, universities, and organizations
- Book meetings and speaking engagements directly via Calendly
- Follow up with unresponsive leads via
- Exhaust all three contact channels — call,
- Log all call activity, outcomes, and notes accurately in Excel or Google Sheets
- Report regularly on call volume, response rates, and appointments booked
- Send reminders and follow-up correspondence as needed post-booking
Mandatory Requirements
- Proven cold calling experience in an outbound setting — MUST
- Appointment setting experience with a track record of results — MUST
- Excellent verbal English — clear, confident, and professional on calls — MUST
