ABOUT US

Elevate is a US-based lead generation agency for roofing companies and other home-service businesses. We book qualified sales appointments for our clients. We're moving our outreach from SMS to a cold-calling system, and we need a confident caller to be the voice of that system.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Make outbound calls to US business owners (roofers, contractors) using our GoHighLevel power dialer — leads are loaded and queued for you, no list building
- Follow our call script, handle objections, and book qualified appointments onto our clients' calendars
- Leave voicemails and log every call outcome in the CRM (disposition, notes, callback times)
- Hit daily dial and weekly appointment targets, and report your numbers at the end of each shift

MUST-HAVES
- Excellent spoken English with a clear, neutral accent
- At least 1 year of cold-calling or appointment-setting experience (B2B preferred)
- Available during US Eastern business hours (roughly 9 AM–6 PM EST)
- Quiet workspace, noise-cancelling headset, backup power/internet (25+ Mbps main connection)
- Consistent attendance — the dialer only works if someone is dialing

NICE TO HAVE
- GoHighLevel or Apollo experience
- Home services / roofing / construction campaign experience
- Track record you can show: appointments booked, show rates, campaign results
