JOB OVERVIEW

COMMISSION ONLY. Please read that first - if a guaranteed weekly wage is what you need, this is not the role and I would rather you know now than three days in.

WHAT YOU EARN
- 8 USD for every qualified appointment that HOLDS - the prospect actually shows up for the call. Paid every Friday. A no-show costs you nothing, it simply does not pay.
- 10% of the setup fee on any client who signs from an appointment you booked. Our main product is an AI receptionist at around 2,500 USD setup, so a close pays you about 250 USD. We also build websites for contractors who have none, 750-1,000 USD setup, so those pay 75-100 USD.
- Close 3-4 clients in a calendar month and your rate rises to 13%, and 15% at 5 or more - backdated to every close you made that month.
- 100 USD bonus to the first person whose appointment turns into a paying client. Still unclaimed.

Book two appointments that hold in a two-hour shift and that is 16 USD for two hours. Commission is paid when Solace collects, so a first commission is realistically 5-6 weeks out. I am telling you that up front rather than letting you find it out.

YOU SPEND NOTHING. EVER.
- We provide the US phone line and the login for it. You do not buy a dialer, a SIP account, or call credit.
- We provide the leads, the script, the objection handling, the training and a calling console.
- There is no fee to apply, no fee to start, no equipment to buy from us, and no deposit. Not now, not later. If anyone ever asks you for money, it is not us.

THE WORK
You call US home-services contractors - HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing - who pulled a building permit in the last few weeks. They have jobs on the books right now and they are missing calls while they are on site. There is a real, specific reason for every call. It is not a random list.

Your only job is to book a 15-minute call with our founder. You never quote a price, never run a demo, never close, never answer a technical question. That is not your role.

SCHEDULE
Around 10 hours a week to start, landing between 9PM and 6AM Philippine time - that is the US business day. More hours available if you want them, and more hours is how you earn more.

WHAT WE NEED
- Clear, confident spoken English. You are talking to American business owners who are busy and direct.
- A computer, a headset, a quiet room, and internet that does not drop mid-call.
- Cold calling or appointment setting experience is a plus, not a requirement. We hire people with no call-center background.
