JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a friendly, confident cold caller to help us reach out to small business owners in the United States.

You will be calling contractors such as landscapers, fencing companies, flooring companies, and general contractors to introduce our website service and book them into a short call with our founder.

Your job is NOT to sell the service, your job is simply to start conversations and book appointments.

We are looking for someone who is:

• Friendly and confident on the phone
• Comfortable speaking with business owners
• Not afraid of rejection
• Reliable and punctual
• Able to speak clear English with good pronunciation

Job Details

• 4 hours per day
• Monday to Friday
• Work from home
• Long term position

You will be expected to make approximately:

120 – 150 calls per shift

We will provide the lead lists.

Responsibilities

• Call contractors from our lead list
• Introduce our service in a friendly way
• Book interested prospects into our calendar
• Log call notes after each conversation

Requirements

• Excellent spoken English
• Reliable internet connection
• Quiet working environment
• Previous cold calling or appointment setting experience preferred
