JOB OVERVIEW

THE PRICE GROUP (TPG) is a remote-first insurance marketing organization that has done over $100 million in production since 2018. We help licensed agents build serious income from home in final expense, life insurance, and Medicare telesales. Our culture runs on one rule: Never Settle.

THE ROLE
You will be the first voice agents hear when they connect with TPG. Your job is to get qualified people booked on the calendar. You will work two types of lists:
1. Warm applicants who already raised their hand to work with TPG and just need a friendly call to get scheduled.
2. Licensed insurance agents you will cold call to spark interest and book a short intro appointment with our recruiting team.
This is an appointment-setting role, not a closing role. Your win is a confirmed, show-ready booking.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Make a high volume of outbound calls daily to warm and cold lists
- Follow proven scripts while sounding natural, warm, and confident
- Qualify interest, handle common objections, and book appointments
- Log every call and outcome accurately in our CRM (GoHighLevel)
- Send confirmation and reminder messages to cut down no-shows
- Hit daily and weekly dial and booking targets

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Excellent spoken English with a clear, neutral, easy-to-understand accent
- Prior experience in appointment setting, cold calling, sales, or call center work
- Confident, upbeat energy that does not fade on call number 80
- Coachable and thick-skinned
- Reliable high-speed internet, a noise-cancelling headset, a backup internet and power plan, and a quiet workspace
- A computer that can run a web-based dialer and CRM
- Insurance or financial services experience is a plus, not required

SCHEDULE AND PAY
- Full-time, 40 hours per week
- US Eastern Time business hours, Monday to Friday
- $4 per hour to start, with room to increase based on performance

HOW TO APPLY (READ EVERY STEP)
Most people will skip these steps. Those applications get deleted. If you follow all of them, you go to the top of the pile.

STEP 1. Email me at ---------- with the exact subject line:
COLD CALLER- [Your First Name]

STEP 2. In the email, write 3 to 4 sentences on your phone or sales experience and why you would be great at this role.

STEP 3. Record a voice or short video recording (2 to 3 minutes) of you reading the two scripts below out loud, back to back, as if you were on a real call. Read them naturally and with energy, like you mean it. Upload it to Google Drive, Loom, or an unlisted YouTube link and paste the link in your email. Do not attach a file.

SCRIPT 1 (WARM APPLICANT CALL):
Hi, may I speak with Maria? Hi Maria, this is [your name] calling from The Price Group. You recently showed interest in a career opportunity with us in life insurance and final expense telesales, and I wanted to personally reach out. Do you have a quick minute? Great. The reason for my call is simple. I would love to get you booked on a short intro call with our team where we walk you through how our agents are earning, the leads and training we provide, and we see if it is the right fit. No pressure either way. I have an opening tomorrow at 10am or 2pm Eastern. Which one works better for you?

SCRIPT 2 (COLD AGENT CALL):
Hi, is this James? Hi James, my name is [your name] with The Price Group. I know I am catching you out of the blue, so I will be quick. We work with licensed life and health agents to give them exclusive leads, higher commissions, and full telesales support so they can write more business from home. We are expanding right now and looking for sharp agents, which is why I am reaching out to you. Would you be open to a quick 15-minute call this week with one of our team leads to see if it makes sense? I have Thursday at 11 or Friday at 1, both Eastern. Which is better for you?

We are looking for someone sharp who can start soon. If that is you, follow the steps above and apply now.
