JOB OVERVIEW

Schedule: 8:00 PM – 10:00 PM Philippine Time, Monday–Friday (2 hrs/day, 10 hrs/week) Pay: $5/hr Type: Part-time, ongoing

About Us

We run a lead generation agency helping home service companies in Wisconsin get more customers through targeted digital marketing. We're looking for a reliable cold caller to help us reach out to business owners and generate interest in our services.

What You'll Do
Cold call a provided list of home service companies in Wisconsin during your scheduled shift
Follow a provided script to reach the owner or decision-maker
Pitch a quick, outcome-focused intro and ask for their email so we can send a short personalized video showing what we can do for their business
Log every call's outcome (connected, voicemail, opt-in obtained, not interested, callback requested, etc.) in a shared tracking sheet
Report daily call metrics at the end of each shift (calls made, connects, opt-ins)
What We're Looking For
Prior cold calling or appointment-setting experience (B2B strongly preferred)
Clear, confident spoken English
Comfortable handling objections and rejection without losing energy on the next call
Reliable internet connection and a quiet space to work during shift hours
Available consistently for the 8-10 PM PHT shift, Monday-Friday — this is non-negotiable, as reliability directly affects our call volume and results
