JOB OVERVIEW

This is NOT a beginner role.

We are currently doing $50,000/month with our offer using IBO systems, and we are looking for serious cold callers who want to earn based on performance.

Our average deal size is $3,500 – $5,000, and your job is to:

???? Book qualified calls that turn into deals.

High performers in this role have uncapped earning potential.

Daily Responsibilities:
• Make 250–300 outbound calls per day (minimum)
• Book 3 qualified meetings per day (average KPI)
• Work 5 days per week
• Consistent communication with team 2–3 times daily
• Follow proven script + adapt naturally

?

Requirements:
• 2+ years cold calling experience (REQUIRED)
• Near-native English (must sound fluent and natural)
• Strong sales ability + confidence
• Must handle:
• Rejection
• High volume dialing
• Pressure to perform

We do NOT tolerate low performance or poor communication.
