JOB OVERVIEW

HIGH INCOME REMOTE SALES POSITION (Base + Commission)

We’re looking for a confident, dependable appointment setter for our team.

You’ll call homeowners that live in the United States, introduce them the opportunity to explore solar panels for their home, and schedule qualified appointments for our solar consultants. Your role is to call the homeowners and book appointments with any homeowners who show interest—the consultant handles closing the sale, you just set the appointments. Simple. *Expert training will be provided*

Responsibilities:
- Show up to online team meetings for training
- Make outbound cold calls with the dialer and script we provide you
- Schedule Appointments

Who We're Looking For (IMPORTANT!):
- Strong spoken English with clear pronunciation and good listening skills
- The STRONG ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude
- Consistency
- The hunger to make a lot of money and improve your sales skills

What We Provide:
- Everything you need to succeed (training, dialer, leads, etc.)

Compensation:
- Average rep makes $27,000 USD per year
- Skilled rep makes $40,000 USD per year
- Managers make up to $100,000 USD per year

This position offers a clear path to management with outstanding earning potential.

The most important part of this job is being able to stay positive while going through rejection and encountering rude people.
