JOB OVERVIEW

# Part-Time Virtual Assistant – Cold Calling & Appointment Setting
**Pay:** $5/hour + $5 bonus for each VA-generated job once N7 receives the customer’s deposit.

**Responsibilities:**
- Call existing MBK database contacts to promote N7 services.
- Qualify prospects and identify potential customers.
- Schedule estimates for property manager
- Track leads, appointments, and follow-ups in ----------

**Requirements:**
- Previous cold calling and appointment-setting experience.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Experience with painting, renovation, or home service companies preferred.
- Reliable internet connection and backup plan.
