JOB OVERVIEW

We help local service businesses (cleaners, groomers, contractors) get found online and grow. We are building a small, high-performance outreach team and are looking for a strong caller to grow with us.

This role starts with a 1-hour paid test. Hours will increase quickly based on performance.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

- Make outbound calls to local business owners
- Follow a conversational script (natural tone, not robotic)
- Qualify interest and set appointments for follow-up
- Log call outcomes in our CRM

REQUIREMENTS
------------------------------------------------------------
- Clear, confident English (very important)
- Must sound natural on the phone, NOT robotic
- Cold calling or appointment-setting experience
- Comfortable handling rejection and staying composed
- Available during U.S. daytime hours
- Reliable, coachable, and ready to grow

WORK SCHEDULE

- Starts at 2 hours/day, 3 days/week
- Calls must be made between 9 AM and 2 PM Eastern Time or an agreed-upon time
- Hours will increase based on performance
