Job Title: Cold Caller / Appointment Setter (Remote – Performance Driven)
About Us
We are Umteen Company Digital Marketing, a fast-growing agency based in Vancouver, Canada. We help service-based businesses (construction, medi spas, local businesses) grow through SEO, paid ads, and high-converting websites.
We’re looking for a hungry, driven Cold Caller / Appointment Setter who can generate conversations and book qualified discovery calls.

Role Overview
Your main responsibility is to call leads, qualify prospects, and strictly set appointments for our sales team.
You will not be responsible for closing deals — your role is to generate opportunities and hand them off to our Account Executives.
This is a high-volume, performance-based role — if you’re not comfortable making 100+ calls per day, this is not for you.

Responsibilities
Make 100+ outbound calls daily using our lead sheet
Speak with business owners / decision-makers
Qualify leads and identify opportunities
Book appointments directly into our calendar
Hand off qualified leads to Account Executives
Update call outcomes in our tracking sheet / CRM
Follow call scripts while staying natural and conversational


Daily Targets (KPIs)

???? 10–20 conversations
???? 3–5 booked appointments
???? 1–3 high-quality opportunities

Compensation
$400 CAD/month base
Uncapped commission (based on booked appointments & performance)
High performers have strong earning potential

What We’re Looking For
Strong English communication skills
Confident on the phone (not afraid of rejection)
Sales or call center experience preferred
Self-motivated and disciplined
Able to follow systems and hit targets
Reliable and shows up consistently

Google Sheets (Tracking)
Google Calendar (Booking)

Important
Must be available full-time
Must be able to commit to daily call targets (100+ calls/day)
This role requires focus, consistency, and accountability
