JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a motivated and reliable Cold Caller / Appointment Setter to join our team on a full-time, long-term basis. This is a remote position with immediate start.

About the Role:
You will be responsible for making outbound cold calls to potential clients, introducing our life insurance and IUL (Indexed Universal Life) products, and setting qualified appointments for our licensed agents. This is a key role in our sales pipeline, and your success directly impacts the growth of our business.

Responsibilities:
- Make a high volume of outbound cold calls daily to prospective clients
- Clearly and professionally introduce and explain the benefits of life insurance and IUL products
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments for licensed insurance agents
- Follow up with prospects via phone and/or email as needed
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and appointments in CRM
- Meet or exceed daily and weekly appointment-setting targets

Requirements:
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
- Strong phone presence with a confident, friendly, and professional demeanor
- Proven experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or appointment setting
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
- Reliable internet connection and quiet working environment
- Experience with IUL (Indexed Universal Life) or life insurance is strongly preferred
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
