US Market – Night Shift (Remote)
About Vakker Dental
Vakker Dental is a US-based dental equipment company serving dental practices across the United States. We sell imaging, hygiene, and clinical equipment directly to dental offices through phone and remote sales.
We are hiring experienced cold callers / appointment setters to support our US outbound calling efforts. This role requires night shift work aligned with US business hours.

Position Overview
This role focuses on outbound cold calling to US dental practices. You will speak with front desk staff, office managers, hygienists, and doctors to:
• Qualify interest
• Book demos for our sales team or
• Send pricing and follow up for smaller equipment
This is not a customer service role. Confidence on the phone and comfort with cold calling are required.

Key Responsibilities
• Make outbound cold calls to US dental practices
• Handle cold and warm calls professionally
• Qualify prospects and identify next steps
• Book demos or send pricing information
• Update call notes and lead status in the CRM
• Follow up consistently with interested prospects
• Meet daily activity and booking targets

Work Schedule (Important)
This position requires night shift work to match US business hours.
• Typical schedule: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM (Philippines time)
• Schedule is fixed and predictable
Applicants must be comfortable working night shifts.

Requirements
• Experience in outbound calling / appointment setting / SDR roles
• Confident spoken English (phone communication is the main task)
• Comfortable speaking with business professionals
• Organized and disciplined with CRM updates
• Able to work independently and hit targets
• Reliable internet, quiet workspace, and quality headset

Preferred (Nice to Have)
• B2B outbound sales experience
• Healthcare, dental, or medical-related experience
• Previous experience working US-market night shifts

Compensation
• USD $4–6/hour + performance incentives
