JOB OVERVIEW

We’re a U.S.-based lead generation agency helping contractors (like landscapers and tree service companies) grow their business with high-quality leads.

We’re hiring cold callers/appointment setters who can make 200–300 calls per day and book 4–8 qualified appointments daily. If you're fluent in English, persuasive on the phone, and thrive in a performance-based environment, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:
Make 200–300 cold calls per day using our power dialer system

Follow proven scripts while keeping the conversation natural

Book qualified appointments directly into the calendar

Take notes, update CRM, and handle light follow-up

Hit your daily KPIs consistently

Requirements:
Fluent/Native English speaker (minimal or no accent)

Confident and persuasive on the phone

Able to work 8AM–6PM PST, Monday through Friday

Reliable internet and quiet home setup

Must be comfortable making high-volume outbound calls

Appointment setting or sales experience preferred

What You’ll Get:
