Role Overview:

We’re looking for a high-energy, self-motivated Appointment Setter / Cold Caller to join our remote team. You'll be responsible for initiating outbound calls, qualifying leads, and booking appointments for our clients. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love talking to people, and are results-driven, we want to hear from you!

What You'll Do:

- Make outbound cold calls to targeted prospects
- Schedule appointments for our clients with qualified leads
- Follow scripts and adapt to different conversations
- Update CRM and maintain accurate call records (GoHighLevel CRM)
- Hit and exceed weekly targets for calls and booked appointments

What We’re Looking For:

- 1+ years of cold calling or appointment setting experience (B2B preferred)
- Clear and confident English communication (both written and spoken)
- Strong persuasion and objection-handling skills
- Comfortable working with targets and using CRM tools
- Self-starter with a strong work ethic and can work independently
- Bonus if you’ve worked with sales teams or in a marketing agency
