**Job Title:** Part-Time Cold Caller / Appointment Setter – US Small Businesses (2 hrs/day + Bonuses)

**Type of Work:** Part-Time

**About Us**

Looped Agency is a small US web design agency based in Cincinnati, Ohio. We help local small businesses like restaurants, barbershops and shops get a modern website at no upfront cost. They pay only a small monthly plan that starts at $20/month. We also build custom tools such as online ordering and appointment booking.

We're looking for a friendly, confident caller to talk with local business owners and book short meetings with us.

**What You'll Do**

- Call owner-operated businesses in the Cincinnati area from our shared Google Sheet
- Follow a simple, friendly script that we provide
- Book short meetings between interested owners and our team
- Log the result of every call in the Google Sheet (answered, voicemail, not interested, meeting booked, notes)

**Schedule**

- About 2 hours a day, Monday–Friday, during US Eastern business hours
- Best calling windows are around 9:30–11:30 AM ET and 2:00–4:00 PM ET
- More hours are available for the right person as we grow

**Pay**

- $2.50/hour base pay
- $10 bonus for every business that signs up with us
- Paid weekly via Wise or PayPal

**Requirements**

- Clear, natural, friendly spoken English (very important)
- Cold calling, telemarketing, or call center experience preferred
- Quiet workspace, a good headset and stable internet
- Comfortable using Google Sheets
- Reliable and able to stick to a set schedule

**What We Provide**

- A US business phone number (you'll call from our app on your computer or phone)
- The call list and script
- Training and support so you know exactly what to say
