JOB OVERVIEW

Job Description:
We are hiring a Cold Caller to work warm leads generated through our website and social media. This role is not cold outreach to strangers, every lead has already shown interest in protecting their property through a trust. Your job is to connect with these leads, understand their situation, and book them into a free consultation with our trust specialist.

What We're Looking For
Prior experience in real estate or trust/estate planning cold calling or sales strongly preferred
Comfortable making a high volume of calls (20–30 per hour) while staying personable, not robotic
Clear, professional phone communication skills
Organized and detail-oriented, comfortable logging accurate data after every call
Reliable internet connection and a quiet space to take calls during scheduled hours
Available Tuesday through Saturday, 10:00 AM–7:00 PM US Hours

Compensation
Base pay: $650/month
Plus commission for every lead you book who goes on to purchase a trust
