# Senior Cold Caller / Appointment Setter (Experienced)
**Company:** Flowgent AI — AI automation agency
**Type:** Part-time, contract | **Location:** Remote (US hours required)
**Hours:** 4 hrs/day, Mon–Fri (20 hrs/week)
**Pay:** $240–$300 USD/month fixed base — no commission
## The role
Call US-based B2B companies from lists we provide, get the decision-maker interested, and book the appointment. No closing, no demos — just earn the meeting. ~400 dials/day on a power dialer we provide. Minimum 8 booked appointments/week.
## Requirements
- **3+ years cold calling/telesales/appointment setting**, with real numbers to back it up — not "several years." Actual dial counts, booking rates, employer names.
- Proven power/parallel dialer experience (Convoso, ReadyMode, CallTools, Orum, Mojo, etc.) — name which one(s)
- Able to sustain ~400 dials/day from day one — no ramp-up period
- Fluent, confident spoken English
- Comfortable working US business hours long-term (night shift if you're in Asia)
- Reliable internet, quiet workspace, good headset
**Bonus:** B2B-specific experience (not homeowners/consumers), AI/automation/SaaS familiarity, a reference who can vouch for your numbers.
**Not a fit if:** you can't back "experienced" with a number, you've only worked warm/inbound leads, or you need weeks to hit full volume.
## Compensation
$240–$300/month fixed base for 4 hrs/day, Mon–Fri. No commission — pay is the same whether a booking closes or not. Hit the 8/week floor consistently and we review your rate at 90 days.
**Booked appointment = ** you spoke to the decision-maker, they know what it's about, it's on the calendar with correct contact info. Show-up rate is on us, not you.
## How to apply
Required, no exceptions:
1. **30-second voice or video recording** of yourself describing your cold calling background
2. Your actual numbers — daily dials, weekly bookings, which dialer(s) you used
3. The employer(s)/campaigns this comes from
4. Your available 4-hour US block
**Process:** application ? live mock call ? paid trial week ? offer. No separate intro call — if you're truly experienced, that'll be clear on the mock call.
