The role
We’re hiring a sharp, professional VA Cold Caller to contact U.S. hospitals—primarily Radiology Managers, Radiology Directors, and Operations Managers—to identify upcoming imaging replacement timelines and determine whether they need interim coverage. Your goal is to start conversations and book qualified meetings for our team.

We’ll provide warm leads, and you’ll also use Definitive Healthcare + internet research to identify the right contacts and find direct lines/emails. You’ll use phone + LinkedIn + email in a coordinated outreach workflow.

You will also be expected to identify and cold call cold leads.

What you’ll do (day to day)
Call hospital departments and navigate gatekeepers professionally
Confirm whether a hospital is replacing imaging equipment and when their capacity gap occurs
Qualify the opportunity (timeline, decision-makers, urgency, basic constraints)
Book qualified meetings on our calendar and provide notes
Use Definitive Healthcare + LinkedIn + hospital websites to find the right contacts
Send follow-up emails/LinkedIn messages after calls (using Atlas templates)
Track everything in our system: call outcomes, notes, next steps, and meeting details

What a “qualified meeting” means (for bonus eligibility)
A meeting counts as qualified when you confirm:
- They have an active replacement/renovation timeline (or urgent risk of downtime), and
- The contact is a relevant stakeholder (Radiology leadership / Ops), and
- There is interest in exploring interim coverage (mobile/modular), and
- A meeting is booked with the right stakeholders invited (or a clear path to them)

We’ll provide the exact qualification checklist and train you on it.

Requirements (must-have)
- Clear spoken English (no heavy accent) and confident phone presence
- Prior experience in cold calling / appointment setting (B2B)
- Comfortable calling into hospitals and staying composed with gatekeepers
- Strong research skills (finding correct titles, departments, direct dials, emails)
- Organized: you log every touch, write clean notes, and follow a cadence
- Reliable internet, quiet workspace, quality headset/mic

Nice-to-have
- Experience calling hospitals or healthcare organizations
- Familiarity with Definitive Healthcare and CRM
- Strong written communication for short follow-up emails and LinkedIn notes

Schedule
- U.S calling only. Must be on US hours.
- Hours vary based on lead volume (part-time to start)
Must be available to call during U.S. business hours

Performance expectations:
Call volume and connect rate (tracked weekly)
Meetings booked per week/month
Data quality (notes, dispositions, contact accuracy)
Professionalism and adherence to script/positioning
