We are a U.S.-based marketing agency that helps roofing companies increase booked jobs through automation, follow-up systems, and lead response improvement.
We are looking for a confident, experienced cold caller who can speak clearly with U.S. business owners and set qualified appointments.
This is NOT a beginner role. We need someone who understands objection handling, can control conversations, and knows how to book real appointments — not just “send information.”
You will be calling roofing companies in specific U.S. cities to:
• Speak with owners or decision-makers
• Identify pain points in their lead response / booking process
• Handle objections professionally
• Book qualified appointments into our calendar
• Update CRM notes accurately
We provide:
• Script
• Objection handling framework
• CRM (GoHighLevel)
• Dialer
• Target lists
You must bring:
• Strong English communication skills
• Confident tone (not robotic, not overly aggressive)
• Experience speaking with U.S. business owners
• Ability to hit 120–180 dials per day
• Reliable internet + quiet workspace
• Coachable mindset
