JOB OVERVIEW

I am seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cold Caller to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate has a strong background in real estate cold calling, excellent communication skills, and is comfortable reaching out to homeowners to inquire about selling their property.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound cold calls to property owners to determine interest in selling

Ask qualifying questions and identify motivated sellers

Input and manage lead information accurately in the CRM/database

Follow up with leads in a timely and professional manner

Maintain detailed notes on all conversations and lead status

Work closely with the acquisition team to pass on hot leads

Qualifications:

Proven experience in real estate cold calling (REQUIRED)

Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)

Familiarity with real estate terminology and seller motivation

Proficient in using CRM systems to track and manage leads

Comfortable working remotely with minimal supervision

Reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment
