THE MISSION
Our team is demand-constrained, and we are launching a brand-new Cold Outbound division to unlock a controllable, repeatable revenue channel. Your mission is to architect the exact words, rebuttals, and frameworks our callers will use to scale us to 12 outbound deals per month.
You will not be making the calls; you are the strategist and copywriter. You will design scripts targeting property owners in the $500K–$900K range who are 5–10x more likely to transact based on predictive data (REI SIFT). Your scripts must accomplish two simultaneous goals on every call: Account Verification and Appointment Setting.
DELIVERABLES & ACCOUNTABILITIES
Script Engineering & Qualification Frameworks
First-Contact Scripts: Design high-converting cold call scripts tailored for predictive-data seller leads in the greater Charlotte area (Lake Norman, South Charlotte).
RANTS Qualification Rubric: Develop a qualification framework and script integration utilizing the RANTS methodology (Reason, Ability, Needs, Timing, Stopping them) to help callers rank leads into A/B/C/D tiers.
Objection Handling Guide: Build a comprehensive rebuttal playbook addressing specific market nuances, high-net-worth seller objections, and trust-building for high-ticket real estate.
Strategic Iteration (Post-Launch)
Real-Data Refinement: Collaborate with our Director of Sales (Lukas) to refine scripts based on real objection data and call recordings once our "hell week" of dialing begins.
Multi-Channel Alignment: Ensure script tonality aligns with our warm follow-up infrastructure, including SMS,
REQUIREMENTS
Experience & Capability
Real Estate Outbound Experience: Proven track record of writing high-converting cold calling scripts for Real Estate ISAs, Sales Agents, or outbound teams.
Predictive Data Expertise: Familiarity with scripting for predictive algorithm leads (e.g., REI SIFT) rather than just standard expireds or FSBOs.
Framework Knowledge: Deep understanding of the RANTS qualification framework or highly similar enterprise sales qualification methodologies.
Tech Context: Working knowledge of GoHighLevel (GHL) to understand howscript outcomes map to CRM pipeline stages and tagging.
Key Skills & Competencies
Strategic Copywriting: You understand that a script isn't just dialogue; it's a psychological pathway to uncover a prospect's timeline and motivation.
Data-Driven Adjustments: You can listen to recorded calls, pinpoint exactly where the language failed to build rapport, and rewrite the sequence to bypass the sticking point.
Speed & Collaboration: Ability to deliver the initial script package rapidly and iterate smoothly based on feedback from our Director of Sales and Paid Ads Consultant.

STEP 3: Case Interview Candidates who pass the initial screening will be invited to a 30- mins case interview. A case interview is an interactive session where we present you with a real-world scenario or business challenge relevant to the role. Rather than just talking about your past experience, this allows us to see your problem-solving process, technical logic, and how you tackle practical situations in real-time.
STEP 4: Reference Check This is the final step before an official offer is extended. The final candidate(s) must provide one former employer/lead reference and one character reference.
