JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a highly capable E-Commerce Operations Manager to help build and run the backend of a new clothing brand.

This role will be responsible for helping launch and operate our online store, assisting with product setup, supplier sourcing, and supporting brand growth.

The brand is owned by a well known public figure, and we are looking for someone who wants to help build something long term from the ground up.

This is not a typical assistant role. We need someone who is switched on, proactive, and capable of solving problems independently.

What we can provide:
* $300 - $600 AUD per week depending on experience and output.
* Starting at 20 to 30 hours per week with potential to increase as the brand grows.

You must have a strong interest in fashion and understand how modern clothing brands present products, style collections, and create a cohesive brand aesthetic.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain our Shopify website
Upload products and manage collections
Create product pages and sizing charts
Edit Shopify themes when needed using HTML and CSS
Ensure the website remains organized, functional, and clean

Product and Visuals

Ability to edit product images using Photoshop when needed
Put our designs on product mock-ups
Ensure product imagery is consistent and optimized

Supplier and Manufacturing

Research and contact manufacturers on Alibaba
Request quotes and samples
Compare suppliers and assist with sourcing decisions

Operations

Assist with preparing product launches and product drops
Maintain website inventory and product listings
Coordinate operational tasks required to keep the brand running smoothly

Brand and Outreach Support

Assist with drafting outreach messages and briefs for public figures
Help organize partnerships and communication when required

You must have experience in the following areas:

Shopify store management
Basic HTML and CSS for Shopify customization
Strong Photoshop skills
Understanding of ecommerce workflows and product setup
Experience sourcing suppliers using Alibaba or similar platforms

You should also be:

Organized and detail oriented
Able to take constructive criticism and improve quickly
Comfortable working independently
Proactive and solution focused
