Job Title: Sales Closer — Crypto Mining (100% Commission)
Company: [CryptoMine / your brand]
We're a crypto mining operation handling ASIC sales, hosting, repairs, and turnkey infrastructure for clients across MENA, North America, LatAm, and Asia. Deal sizes run from $20k to $500k+. Our top accounts are HNWIs, family offices, and institutional miners. We've built the pipeline. We need a closer who can convert it.
The Role
You take qualified meetings booked by our SDR team and close them. That's it. No prospecting, no list-building, no admin — we want you on calls. Discovery ? proposal ? close. You'll handle warm inbound (referrals, paid traffic) and SDR-booked meetings.
The Comp
100% commission. No base.
[10–15]% of gross profit on hardware sales
[15–20]% of first-year revenue on hosting contracts
5% recurring on hosting MRR for 12 months after close
Bonuses for blowout months and multi-six-figure deals
OTE for a serious closer: $10k–$30k+/month. Top performer last year cleared $358k. We don't cap. If you're closing $1M/mo, you're getting paid like it.
Paid weekly. Crypto or fiat. Your call.
What You'll Do
Run 15–25 qualified calls per week (we keep your calendar full)
Discovery, qualification, pricing, proposal, close
Handle objections with technical fluency — buyers will quiz you on hashrate, profitability curves, hosting economics, repair logistics
Own the deal from first call to wire confirmation
Work with ops to coordinate fulfillment after close
Log everything in CRM. We measure: meetings ? proposals ? closes ? ACV
Feedback the pipeline: which leads are converting, which aren't, why
You're a Fit If You
Have 3+ years closing high-ticket B2B (crypto, hardware, infrastructure, fintech, real estate, energy — adjacent industries are fine if the deal sizes match)
Have closed deals north of $50k and aren't intimidated by $250k+ tickets
Live in crypto. You hold it, trade it, or work in it. You can explain hashprice, breakeven, halving impact, and hosting margins in plain English to a banker.
Know mining hardware — at minimum the Bitmain S19/S21 series and the WhatsMiner M50/M60 lines. Hashrate, watts/TH, immersion vs air, all native vocab.
Are calm on six-figure calls. No happy ears. You qualify hard and don't chase.
Self-managed. Track your own pipeline. Hit your own numbers. We don't babysit.
Have a quiet office, good internet, and a working camera. Mining buyers expect a professional on the other end of Zoom.
Bonus
Existing network in mining, crypto VC, family offices, or institutional desks
Spoken Arabic, Mandarin, Russian, Spanish, or Portuguese
Experience selling colocation, hosting, or data center capacity
Have personally bought or operated miners
Auto-Disqualifies
"I'm new to crypto but I learn fast" — not this role
Pure SaaS background with no hardware or high-ticket experience
Need a base salary — we don't offer one. By design.
How to Apply
Send a Loom (5 min max) covering:
Walk me through the biggest deal you've closed — deal size, sales cycle, how it almost died, how you saved it
A buyer says: "I can get S21s for $1,200/unit from China. Why would I pay you $1,650?" — respond as if it's a live call
What's your current monthly closed revenue, and why are you looking?
Plus: 3 references from past sales managers or commission statements (we'll verify).
Subject line: "Closer — [your name] — [largest single deal you've closed]"
Example: "Closer — Mike Chen — $340k"
Applications without a Loom or with a vague subject line get auto-deleted.
