About the Role
I am an attorney running a growing practice and I am overwhelmed with backend systems and administrative work.
I need someone who can help me set up, organize, and run my system inside Clio and keep things moving daily.
This is NOT a basic VA role.
You will:
Help bring structure to my practice
Set up and organize my system
Take ownership of day-to-day backend tasks
Your job is simple:

Core Responsibilities
System + Setup (First 30–60 Days)
Organize and clean up Clio (contacts, matters, files)
Set up basic workflows (intake, case tracking, follow-ups)
Create structure for tasks, notes, and case management
Ongoing Support
Daily:
Manage client intake and follow-ups
Update cases and notes in Clio
Track tasks and deadlines
Assist with scheduling and calendar
Weekly:
Ensure all cases are organized and up to date
Help track billable work and basic billing support
Identify gaps and help improve organization
Must-Haves
Experience using Clio (or similar legal software)
Strong organization and attention to detail
Excellent written English (client communication matters)
Reliable and consistent
Able to take initiative (not wait for step-by-step instructions)
Quiet, professional work environment
Nice to Have (NOT required but preferred)
Legal assistant or paralegal experience
Experience setting up workflows or systems
Experience with client intake processes
Compensation and Schedule
Rate: $6–$8/hour (based on experience)
Hours: 10–20 hours/week to start

What Success Looks Like
After 30 Days:
Clio is organized and usable
Clients and matters are properly entered
Basic workflows are in place
After 60–90 Days:
You are managing intake and backend tasks independently
Cases are consistently updated
The attorney feels less overwhelmed and more in control
