Clinical Support RN | Remote | Full-Time | US EST Hours

USD $1,800/month | Approx. $10.39/hour | 40 Hours/Week | Long-Term Role

We are a growing home care agency based in Delaware, USA, looking for three Registered Nurses (RNs) in the Philippines to join our remote Clinical Support team.

This is not a generic VA, recruiting, or call-center role. You will use your nursing knowledge and healthcare experience to support clinical coordination, documentation, caregiver scheduling, and the day-to-day delivery of home care services.

Available Shifts

We currently have three positions available:

Shift 1: Saturday–Wednesday | 5:00 AM–1:00 PM EST/EDT
Shift 2: Saturday–Wednesday | 1:00 PM–9:00 PM EST/EDT
Shift 4: Monday–Friday | 1:00 PM–9:00 PM EST/EDT

You must be consistently available for the full schedule of the shift you select.

Morning Shift Focus | 5:00 AM–1:00 PM

Best suited to an RN who enjoys a faster-paced operational environment. Mornings involve more real-time clinical coordination, caregiver call-outs, scheduling issues, Admissions and Recertifications, client changes, and resolving issues affecting that day's care.

Afternoon/Evening Shift Focus | 1:00 PM–9:00 PM

Best suited to an RN who is particularly strong with organization, accuracy, and follow-through. This shift still handles clinical and scheduling issues as they arise but has a greater focus on documentation review, visit verification, reporting, outstanding follow-ups, system accuracy, and preparing operations for the following day.

What You'll Be Doing

Clinical Support & Coordination

Coordinate Admissions, Recertifications, and Supervisory Visits with field nurses.
Review assessments and clinical documentation for completeness and accuracy.
Follow up on missing documentation and required clinical actions.
Track hospitalizations, discharges, and other changes affecting client care.
Communicate with caregivers, clients, nurses, and internal team members.
Complete visit verification, clinical follow-up, and required operational reports.

Scheduling & Operational Support

Help manage caregiver call-outs, open shifts, and schedule changes.
Contact caregivers to help fill open shifts and resolve scheduling issues.
Provide operational and after-hours support during your assigned shift.
Keep information and workflows accurate and current in AlayaCare and our other systems.
Who We're Looking For

You must be a Registered Nurse whose clinical background is current and relevant to the work you do today.

Holding an RN license alone is not enough. We are specifically looking for candidates who currently use their RN/clinical knowledge professionally or have very recent clinical nursing experience.

If you became an RN but have since moved primarily into recruitment, sales, generic virtual assistance, customer service, or unrelated administrative work, this is unlikely to be the right role for you.

You should also:

Be highly organized and naturally attentive to details.
Notice when information is missing, incorrect, or incomplete.
Follow structured processes and SOPs consistently.
Follow issues through until they are actually resolved.
Communicate clearly and professionally.
Stay calm while managing multiple priorities.
Work independently and take ownership without constant supervision.
Be comfortable contacting caregivers, nurses, and team members to get things done.

Experience with US healthcare, home health/home care, Medicaid, VA care, AlayaCare or another EMR, or coordinating field-based nurses and caregivers is strongly preferred.

Tools We Use

AlayaCare, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, ---------- , email/calendar systems, and other healthcare and operational software.
