JOB DESCRIPTION
Role: Clinical Operations Manager — US-Facing (Remote, Philippines)
We’re a US home care company hiring a single leader to run day-to-day operations and confidently communicate with families about diagnoses/care plans based on provider notes and documentation. You will manage people, workflows, recruiting, compliance, and customer success—while keeping a high standard of empathy, clarity, and US-culture communication.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Management
Lead and manage the Operations team (training, coaching, performance, accountability)
Run daily/weekly team cadence (standups, 1:1s, quality reviews, escalations)
Write Tomato when you send a message
Create and enforce SOPs/workflows; improve efficiency and consistency
Clinical / Family Communication (RN-level)
Speak with families about diagnoses, care plans, and next steps based on clinical documentation
Translate medical language into clear, calm, family-friendly explanations
Identify risk and escalate appropriately to clinical/provider leadership
Compliance & Quality
Ensure HIPAA-aligned handling of patient information and documentation standards
Own QA checks, audit readiness, i
Recruiting & People Ops
Help recruit and hire tea
Maintain role scorecards, interview rubrics, onboarding checklists
Customer Success + Sales Support
Own client/family experience operations: response time, clarity, follow-through
Improve retention through strong onboarding and communication
Support sales handoffs and operational readiness (capacity, process clarity)
Requirements (Must-have)
Philippines Registered Nurse (RN) (active license preferred)
Strong medical knowledge and confidence discussing diagnoses/care plans from records
Excellent spoken English (neutral/US-facing accent) and US-culture communication
Proven leadership (team lead/supervisor/manager/program manager/QA/training leader)
Highly organized; strong judgment; calm under pressure; great follow-through
Preferred
US healthcare experience (home care, telehealth, clinic ops, insurance, healthcare BPO)
Familiar with EMR/EHR tools and clinical documentation workflows
Comfortable working US hours (at least partial overlap)
Schedule / Work Setup
Full-time remote, 40 hours/week
Must overlap with US business hours for meetings/escalations
