We’re looking for a Customer Support Virtual Assistant to work closely with clients in the evacuation map and safety solutions industry. Night-shift experience is required. Beyond experience, we value confidence, clear communication, and a positive, learn-as-you-go mindset.
How You’ll Support Our Clients
Assisting clients via
Explaining evacuation maps and safety-related services in a clear, calm, and professional way
Responding to customer questions, requests, and concerns with confidence
Coordinating with the internal team to ensure client needs are met
Learning industry-specific details (full training provided!)
