We're a growing digital marketing company working with e-commerce clients across Europe. We're a small team and we're looking for one sharp, ambitious person to grow with us for the long run.
You'll start close to the client: handling communication on
Client support stays part of the role long-term, that's how you stay close to what clients actually need. What changes is the type: early on you'll handle the day-to-day questions, and over time you'll focus on the harder, higher-level cases while newer team members take the routine ones. There's a daily minimum of tickets you'll always handle, no matter how senior you get.
The path:
- First months: master client support and our systems
- As you grow: own recurring operations, spot what's broken, fix it
- As the team grows: guide newer people, handle the complex cases and the questions that need a manager's judgment
The hours (Amsterdam time): [08:00-16:00 / 16:00-00:00 / one of these two shifts], 3 to 5 days a week to start, building to full-time as you prove yourself.
Most of the work can be done from your phone, but you'll need a laptop and stable internet for some tasks, and a quiet place to work during your shift.
Who you are:
- University-level thinker. You over-analyze, you spot patterns, you can't help improving a broken process.
- Near-native written English. You'll write to Western business owners every day.
- Reliable and self-managing. You do what you say without being chased.
- Genuinely good with people. Support is part of this role for the long run, so you have to actually care about helping clients, not see it as beneath you.
- Looking for a long-term home, not a stepping stone. We invest heavily in the person we pick and want someone who builds with us over years.
Nice to have: e-commerce, marketing, engineering or analytics background, and experience using AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude to work faster.
How to apply:
Start your reply with the word "PRIME" so I know you actually read this. Then, in 4-5 sentences: describe a system or process you once improved, tell me what your longest job was and why you left, and where you'd want to be in two years. Skip the generic cover letter, I won't read it.
This is a long-term role. We pay competitively and grow it fast for the right person.
