ROLE OVERVIEW
The Senior Operations & Client Success Manager serves as a key bridge between merchant partners and internal operations teams. This role ensures clients achieve their fulfillment and growth objectives through strong operational execution, proactive problem-solving, and strategic partnership.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic Client Partnership
• Serve as primary operational advisor for assigned partners
• Build trusted relationships and maintain open communication
• Identify growth and optimization opportunities
Operational Leadership
• Coordinate across operations, tech, warehouse, and carriers
• Monitor KPIs such as order accuracy, on-time delivery, returns, and carrier performance
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives
Client Success & Advocacy
• Conduct regular business reviews
• Champion client needs internally
• Support onboarding and launch projects
Process & Program Development
• Help build client success playbooks and SOPs
• Improve reporting and escalation workflows
• Document trends and best practices
Language Skillset
• Bilingual: Spanish & English preferred
