About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and confident Client Success & Sales Caller who enjoys speaking with people and building relationships.

Your primary responsibility will be to contact our existing clients, follow up with them, and encourage satisfied customers to leave a review on our Google Business profile.

But this is not just a customer service role.

You should also be comfortable identifying sales opportunities and confidently recommending or upselling SmileFam products when appropriate.

We are looking for someone who is friendly, persuasive, proactive, and not afraid to pick up the phone and start conversations.

Your Responsibilities

- Contact existing SmileFam clients through phone calls and follow-ups.
- Build rapport and maintain positive relationships with clients.
- Follow up with satisfied customers and encourage them to leave a Google review.
-Guide clients through the review process when necessary.
- Consistently follow up with clients to improve review completion rates.
- Identify opportunities to introduce and upsell relevant SmileFam products.
- Explain product benefits and confidently answer customer questions.
- Handle objections professionally and effectively.
- Follow up on potential sales opportunities.
- Keep accurate records of calls, follow-ups, reviews, and sales activities.
- Update the company's CRM, Google Sheets, or tracking systems.
- Meet assigned targets for calls, Google reviews, and product upsells.
- Provide feedback and insights from customer conversations to the management team.

We Are Looking for Someone Who:

* Has excellent spoken and written English.
* Is confident and comfortable speaking with clients over the phone.
* Has experience in cold calling, outbound calling, sales, appointment setting, telemarketing, or customer success.
* Knows how to build rapport quickly and maintain professional relationships.
* Has strong persuasion and objection-handling skills.
* Is comfortable asking for the sale and recommending additional products.
* Is highly organized and consistent with follow-ups.
* Is goal-oriented and motivated by achieving targets.
* Can work independently with minimal supervision.
* Has a reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment suitable for making calls.
* Has experience using Google Sheets, CRMs, or other customer management tools.

Bonus Points If You Have Experience With:

- Google Review campaigns
- Customer retention
- Upselling and cross-selling
- E-commerce or product sales
- CRM systems
