JOB OVERVIEW

Iacofano’s Catering & Events is seeking a highly organized, professional, and customer-focused Client Success Representative to join our growing team. This position supports high-end corporate catering and private aviation clients by coordinating orders, communicating with customers, and ensuring flawless service execution.

This is a fast-paced role requiring excellent communication skills, strong computer knowledge, and the ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail. The ideal candidate is polished, dependable, proactive, and thrives in a hospitality-driven environment.

Responsibilities:
-Answer incoming calls, emails, chats, and text messages from clients
-Enter and manage catering orders accurately
-Coordinate with kitchen, logistics, and delivery teams
-Assist with private aviation catering requests and concierge-style service
-Source specialty items and manage last-minute client needs
-Handle customer issues professionally and follow through to resolution
-Maintain CRM and customer records
-Support out-of-network catering coordination nationwide
-Communicate clearly with high-end corporate and aviation clients
-Assist with scheduling, order confirmations, and operational support

Requirements:
-Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
-Near-native English fluency is required.
-Strong customer service and hospitality mindset
-Experience with Microsoft Office, email, and online systems
-Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
-Reliable internet and quiet workspace
-Detail-oriented and organized
-Experience in hospitality, catering, aviation, luxury service, or customer support is a plus

Schedule:
-Full-Time
-40 hours per week
-We are filling this position 24 hours a day 7 days a week
-Some evening/weekend flexibility may be required
