Our Meta Ads / Lead Generation agency is hiring a Client Success Manager — Full Time

Client Success Manager for a US-based advertising agency. This role is to be the main point of contact for our clients — US business owners who count on clear communication, quick follow-up, and someone who really knows their account.

You'll manage a large client list, keep them informed, and be the bridge between them and our internal team. It's a serious role with real responsibility. We're also tight-knit team and will always have your back.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Manage a book of client accounts as their main point of contact
- Send weekly performance updates and monthly reports
- Join and sometimes lead strategy calls
- Monitor ad results and catch issues before clients notice
- Coordinate with our media buyer, tech team and appointment setting team
- Run client Slack channels
- Navigate tough conversations when results are off
- Help onboard new clients once you're ramped

WHO YOU ARE

- 2+ years in a client-facing role (agency, SaaS, or similar)
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Comfortable on video calls with US business owners
- Naturally organized — things don't slip past you
- Proactive — you don't wait to be asked
- Calm under pressure
- Quick to pick up new tools

TOOLS

GoHighLevel, Slack, Meta Ads Manager experience preferred

DETAILS

- 30-40 hours/week to start
- Must be available during US Eastern Time (8 hours)
