We are looking for a reliable and highly organized Virtual Assistant to join our team as a Client Success Manager. This is a full-time remote position requiring 4–6 hours per day, 7 days per week, with up to 40 hours per week. The pay for this role is $3 USD per hour.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day communication with our clients and ensuring they are supported, active, and following processes. Your main tasks will include checking in with clients daily, sending updates and promotions, assisting with onboarding new clients, handling offboarding when needed, and keeping everything organized and running smoothly.
You will also be responsible for tracking activity, maintaining simple daily reports, and making sure all information is up to date. This role requires strong organization, consistency, and the ability to manage multiple conversations at once.
We are looking for someone who is reliable, responsive, and able to communicate clearly and professionally. You should be comfortable working independently, following instructions, and maintaining a high level of consistency. Attention to detail is very important in this role.
Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant, customer support agent, account manager, or talent manager is preferred but not required. Basic English communication skills and a stable internet connection are required. You should be proactive, organized, and able to handle repetitive daily tasks.
The pay is $3 USD per hour for up to 40 hours per week. Payments can be sent weekly or biweekly depending on preference.
